How do I store my edible decorations?

Chocolate and icing decorations are susceptible to heat, moisture and direct sunlight. Please store in original packaging in an airtight container. Place in a cool, dark place like a cupboard or pantry (do not store in fridge or freezer).

How do I attach my decorations to the cake?

Please attach your decorations to the cake on the day of service, do not put into the fridge.

If you are using buttercream to ice your cake on the day of the occasion, you can add the decorations directly onto the buttercream. If you ice your cake the day before and the icing has set, you can use a dab of fresh buttercream, piping gel or edible glue to attach your decorations on the day of service.
