Refund policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a photo of the damaged / wrong item and the packaging it arrived in and email this together with your order information to: info@cakecandynz.com
Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of your decorations as they are food products however we will remedy problems with damages, defective or wrong items sent straight away.
Order Cancellation
We cannot accept a cancellation of your order once processing has begun.
Change of Mind
We cannot exchange goods if you change your mind as they are edible products.
Refunds
After evaluation of your issue you will be informed if a refund has been approved. If so you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
