We like to give our customers choice. Fondant is an excellent medium in cake decorating but it's not the only one. Here we supply compound chocolate alternatives (which are great for adding to buttercream covered cakes) as well as the traditional fondant which we have tweaked by giving some different flavour options. We want the decorations to taste nice not just look nice.
